Filinge production factory specializes in the manufacturing of bed linen, including pillows and duvets, and the production of padding products such as fiberballs and thermofixed wadding. Established since 2008, it has evolved from spinning and positions itself as a leader in the bed linen sector. Its manufacturing processes include carding, padding, cutting, and stitching. With a team of 100 employees spread across 9000 m², the factory utilizes production optimization systems such as 5S, Kaizen, and Lean, managed by an ERP software JDE.

Certified ISO 9001, the factory incorporates an internal control laboratory for yarn titration, fabric weight per square meter, and bleeding tests. The raw material is Oeko-tex certified, and waste is recycled internally. Production capacities range from 4500 pillows/day to 1000 duvets/day. The factory has four production lines specialized in pillows, duvets, stitching, and wadding, with a marked specialty in bed linen.

The medium-term vision of the factory is to become a reference in the international bed linen industry. Future investments include automation, the adoption of Industry 4.0, and robotization to increase capacity and responsiveness.
