The foam production factory specializes in manufacturing products for mattresses, sofas, Moroccan and European lounge benches, foam sheets, and automotive applications such as foam rolls and chipboard sheets. Founded in 1965, the factory employs between 200 and 250 people, producing between 700 and 750 tons of foam /month in three shifts.

Production capacities include 1200 tons per month for the continuous casting machine, 130 km/month for sofas, and 170 km/month for rolls. The factory has different production lines for mattresses, sheets, sofas, and rolls.

The manufacturing process begins with the production of polyurethane foam from chemical raw materials, followed by cutting into 30-meter blocks to minimize waste. Subsequent steps include inventory management, custom cutting, and product dressing, with a focus on personalized branding to differentiate from competitors.

Covering a total area of 27,000 m², the factory incorporates optimization systems such as Kaizen, 5S, and Lean, as well as production management tools like JDE and GO PROD. Certified ISO 9001, it has an internal laboratory for quality control, and all waste is recycled.

The factory's long-term vision includes investments in several new machines: a cylindrical block production machine, a press and filming machine for export, and the implementation of automated storage for 60-meter blocks with the addition of a Looper machine for processing these blocks. These initiatives aim to minimize waste, address the changing market needs, and enhance competitiveness in the foam (Ether) market.
