Furniture factory specializes in furniture (including sofas), interior design, with a dedicated RHC Business
Unit specializing in hotel and contract furnishings (FF&E - Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).
Established since 1987, the majority of its revenue comes from its hotel furnishing activity, with the remainder from the production of sofa and furniture collections. Its facilities include upholstery, carpentry, varnishing, tailoring, and digital machining workshops equipped with modern machines such as saws, CNC machining centers, tinting and varnishing robots, and laser cutting machines for tailoring. The production unit is characterized by versatility and adaptability to demand, supported by an internal industrial and technical office.
The manufacturing processes, focusing on carpentry and upholstery, follow distinct lines, from wood cutting and machining to assembly, tinting, and varnishing. Special emphasis is placed on the recyclability of wood to maintain product competitiveness.
Regarding production capacities, the factory produces mixed lines for the hotel industry, while a dedicated line manufactures 100 sofas/day, aiming for a daily capacity of 200 sofas by the end of 2024.

With 240 employees working on an area of 18,000 m², the factory integrates Lean, 5S, Kaizen systems, and a
computerized production management system (GPA on JDE). Certified ISO 9001, it operates with dedicated
controllers at each stage of production.
The design office, composed of several cells, covers design, methodology, costing, and 3D modeling, supported by internal experts. The medium and long-term vision involves the construction of a new factory to increase production capacity, investments in advanced equipment, and the consolidation of its position in the international market. Its vertical integration with other manufacturing units in the group (Fabrics and Foam) allows for great responsiveness and flexibility.
Finally, its proximity to Europe, mastery of skilled labor costs, and expertise are key assets to tackle the challenges of international competitiveness.
